Excellent Service - Point of Sale System
Mark Pepin was absolutely great to work with regarding our purchasing process of our new system. We have worked with him for a long time and feel he has always been honest, upfront and genuinely concerned with our businesses well being. POS Nation has been unbelievably attentive and helpful on the phones. I would highly suggest the monthly support program as a must to anyone interested.
Caroline who seems to be our personal help desk person is awesome and seems to always be around when we need her. She has always gotten us answers even if she doesn't know she gets in touch with the right person to get us the right answer. She is awesome.
At this point the system is to young to tell the complete benefits however we already feel much more organized. Also it has made us just look super cool.
Being a system that is functional throughout multiple semi related business these improvement may be nit picking.
1. an up button on the TS lookup screen.
2. notification about advanced reporting which seems like we need but were unaware that it existed and that there was an extra charge to run reports we need.
3.a way to create an item with 0 selling price that is always a negative or payout.
